Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

How much will shipping cost to my country?

Shipping costs will vary by location and weight of the package. In order to calculate the exact cost of shipping to your address, please add the items of interest to your cart and enter your shipping information. The total shipping costs will be calculated for you.

How can I track an order that's been shipped?

How can I get a refund or make a change to my order?

You may return an item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. You can contact us by clicking here and providing us with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. If it is within the time limit, we will respond in 1-3 business days with an electronic shipping label, which you need to print out and use to ship the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue you the refund or exchange.

Can I pick up my order from your office?

No, in-store pickup for website customers is not available from our warehouse. In-store pickup is only available for our wholesale customers.

I want an item that is not in stock, how can I be notified about a restock?

Stock is updated as soon as we receive the product(s) from our warehouse. If a product is not available during your time of purchase, you can join our mailing list for updates.

How do I wash my ENTITY garment?

We recommend that you wash your clothing in cold or warm water and hang dry to minimize shrinkage. All clothing shrinks when dried with a hot drying machine, so if you insist on hot drying, consider buying one size up.

When will my order ship?

We typically ship orders 1-3 business days after your purchase. You will be sent an e-mail with the tracking number after we send your package.
